Introduction: Low Carb Keto Bread

Ingredients:

- 120 g Flax seeds (4 oz)

- 120 g sesame seeds (4 oz)

- 120 g sunflower seeds (4 oz)

- 120 g almonds (4 oz)

- 120 g hazelnuts (4 oz)

- 90 g oil (3.2 oz or 1 dl)

- 2 tsp salt

- 5 eggs

Directions:

- Mix it all together and put it in a baking tin

- Bake in the oven for 60 minutes at 160 °C (320 °F)

    Mmmm....! Looks great. I haven't heard of Keto before, I'll have to look that up! Have you tried coconut oil in this? :)

    Haven't tried coconut oil in this, but I use it often for frying, guess it would do great here aswell.
