Low-Fat Chocolate Chip Cookies Recipe 
1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
¼ tsp. salt
½ tsp. baking soda
½ cup coconut sugar (you could use brown sugar)
¼ cup regular sugar
¼ cup whipped butter (softened)
2 egg whites
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp. milk (I used almond)
½ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Recipe Directions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees; in a small bowl mix dry ingredients and set aside. Cream butter, sugar, eggs, vanilla extract and almond milk; mixing until the ingredients are combined. Gradually add in the flour mixture and mix well. Stir in chocolate chips. Drop tablespoons of cookie dough onto a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake cookies for 10-12 minutes, or until cookies are golden brown around the edges.
