Introduction: MHG-1

About: I make K'nex guns, specializing in semi-automatic, RBG-Slingshot hybrid systems which i use in most of my guns. Note: I am not responsible in any way for any damage, injury, or death caused by my Instructable…
This is my MHG-1 (Masterdude Hand Gun model 1). It is not one of my semi-auto's, but a gun which uses a new trigger system which I have not used before (you asked for it you got it). The ammo is handle fed and it's firing pin powered so I could make it more compact. As you probably have noticed (first thing probably) is that it seems to have a hand guard, which it does, but it is also part of a new trigger I designed. Even if my previous guns seemed uninnovative, this gun should make it that you can't say that I don't innovate and do new stuff anymore.

Pros:
  • True trigger
  • Handle fed magazine
  • Large ammo (well I like it)
  • Doesn't use too many pieces
  • Or rubberbands
  • Trigger is a hand guard
Cons:
  • Loading ammo can be tricky
  • Trigger can seem wierd to use at first

Step 3: Operation

Load the ammo (Image 1) into the mag (handle), and then insert the ammo pusher (Part L). Then add the rubberbands connecting to the ammo pusher and one to the firing pin as well. Then pull back the firing pin to cock the gun, and then pull the trigger to shoot (may take some time getting used to the trigger). Repeat as needed.
