I was just looking for a cheap, fun, educational activity to do with my middle school students. I didn't even notice the caps. I could care less about them and I know my kids wouldn't mind. Is this really all you have to complain about? Must be nice. If it bothers you maybe you shouldn't read it.

I'll say it once, Please grow up, Some of us have Poor eye sight & need to see what we type, Others like myself use large case on our Bad Vision days, Or when needed in poor lighting. But to join in with the rest of the Political Correct Sheeple Policing everyone else's choice, Is & Should be OUT-OF-Bounds, After were all Friends here, Let's Keep this place Friendly.
One Question, How Does The use of CAPS Offend you & Why?, Only Mature Answers will be considered.
[FACT] We as a People, Only recently , Started the Myth that using Caps was a new way of SHOUTING, Speaks Volumes for our School Systems & there New English Rules.
To: smnoor88
No one should have to say their sorry for doing nothing wrong, It's Obvious that the " Be Nice ", policy applies only to Some & not all persons. Great Idea you got.
hello sir thanks for your comments. I use caps because i love to wright in capital letters but on my instructable many peoples complain for this so i quit to wright in capital letter .I start to wright in small letter because i dont want to hurt any one and once again thanks for your comment .I realy apriciate it
hi i dont mean to be picky and i know this website is not about spelling but you spelt 'wright' wrong. It's 'write'.
I don't mean to be picky, but I believe the word is "spelled"
I don't mean to be picky but shut up
thanks
Wow you presume a lot!
No I don't think the rules apply to others and not me.
I did not say it was anything to do with shouting.
Precisely what does this have to do with political correctness?!

The reason I complained about the use of caps was an aesthetic one and a matter of fairness.
When looking down a list of instructables it jars to see one out of the format of others. It attracts extra attention away from others instructables and is rather attention seeking.
I know this is only a small point, but one that is made on countless forums and sites across the web. It has been considered bad form to post in caps long before it was considered shouting. Yes it is a minor thing, but if you want to pick me up about a single comment requesting better formatting then here is my response.
As for poor vision, I can appreciate this as I have fairly severe defects with my vision. As a computer expert I recommend increasing your font scaling or wearing corrective lenses.
As for being friendly, well I'd hope so. However after my jovial request for proper netiquette is met with your accusations I am begining to wonder.
OK SORRY ok boss
This writer is truly amazed at the amount of trivial time spent on this 'caps mean shouting' and lower case means....well, no one has given me a definition as to what lower case 'means,' but I can only suppose that seeing such has a calming...ordered effect on certain viewers. VOID SCHISM says, 'that it jars to see one format out of the others.' Not wishing to be sarcastic but, this will appear so...'what a sensitive creature we have here.'

I design type, logos and various other sundry things. I do agree that supposedly??? we are all friends here and that this site has a sense of play to it. I truly love this site and all that I would ask is that we not, be rude to one another, use foul language, and that we bring a certain degree of 'a sense of humour' to our responses to others...others who may have cognitive difficulties that we as the reader have no knowledge of.

Best regards,
DOWTONg
