Introduction: Macramé Soda Tab Bracelet

Step 1: Materials

Materials: 1 soda tab 4 30 in. cords 4 20 in. cords 1 12 in. cords 2 small beads(optional) Glue Tape Scissors Ruler Clipboard (or something to hold the string with)

Step 2: Step 1

Take the soda tab and 1 20 inch cord. Fold the cord in half then put the cord through one of the soda tab openings. Then put it over the opening and pull the rest of the string through the loop. It will look like the the picture above.

Step 3:

Repeat with the other openings.

Step 4: Step 2

Put on a pair of strings under the clipboard. Then take 1 30 inch cord and put it under the 2 strings. This cord could be a different color.

Step 5: Step 3

Do the macrame pattern until desired length. You could tape the other strings to make it easier.

Step 6:

Repeat with the other pairs of strings.

Step 7: Step 4

Cut off the cord you used for the macrame right at the ends, then put a dab of glue on them.

Step 8:

Repeat with all the other strings.

Step 9: Step 5

Now take 2 pairs of the strings and tie them together. Do with the other side.

Step 10: Step 6

On one of the knots cut off 3 out of the 4 strings, at the ends, then put a dab of glue on them.

Step 11:

Do the other side

Step 12: Step 7

You should have 2 strings left. Now put the 2 strings together and set them on the clipboard. Take the 12 inch cord and put it under the 2 strings.

Step 13: Step 8

Do the macrame pattern (with the 12 inch cord) 12 times and don't tighten a lot so the other strings can move.

Step 14: Step 9

Cut the ends of the 2 strings that you were doing the macrame pattern with. Then put a dab of glue on both ends.

Step 15: Step 10

Put the 2 beads on the 2 strands if you want to. Then make a knot and cut the 2 strands at a reasonable length (at the end of the knots). Put a dab of glue on both knots.

Now your done! Enjoy your cool bracelet!
