Macromedia Flash: Drawing Method

Macromedia Flash: Drawing Method
Hey! I'm celebrating my return to Instructables with... an Instructable. Surprising, no?

I recently discovered a cool method of drawing in flash. It will work in fireworks, and probably in a few other vector based drawing programs too. Try it in programs you use, and tell me what it works in. I can add a list if there's enough of them.

Frank here is a character I draw on paper all the time. I created him a year or two ago. This is his first CG appearance, so give him a big welcome!
