This is probably the most popular of the props in my 2008 Halloween display. The face is the projection form the Haunted Mansion ride in Disneyland, but I added in the flowing green glow around it, sculpted the witch's and Leota's faces, built the tree stump upon which the crystal ball sits, and basically did everything else.

I found it online somewhere. Regrettably, I've since lost the link. If you search around, you can probably still find it, though. Note that if you do find it, the video copy of the original footage is very jumpy and rotated slightly. I stabilized it and corrected the rotation in After Effects before adding the swirly green hair/glow around it.
