For this project you need: {Pretty magazine paper {clear tape {duct tape { bobby pin {scissors
first locate a pretty picture
now get a strip of clear tape and place it over desired area
now cut it out and place duct tape on the back and trim off excess tape
now get a small piece of duct tape and pinch the side to the middle and place the piece all round the center
and there you have it.
