Set your Page setup to print to the appropriate scale plus center the image on the page.
Before you print set the printer to print in economical mode and also be sure to mark the Bottom Left of the paper in the printer.
Also I recommend you draw a temporary border around the Image with the box tool to help you line up the card later
Now print the test print
