Introduction: Make Whipped Cream With Vinegar
Normally to make the Whipped Cream you need a syphon and a cartridge of CO2 (you can also do it by hand).

I made several videos on how to recycle your plastic bottles. Here's a new way to reuse them.
Today I will explain to you, how to make Whipped Cream with recycled bottles.
For this instructable you will need:
- baking soda (sodium bicarbonate)
- 2 bottles of soda
- 1 balloon
- a plastic bag
- a bike pump
- a valve
- a pvc pipe

But I've never seen the use of CO2 produced by this reaction for something really useful.
Or can find capsules of CO2, on sale on internet but they are expensive and is used only with a siphon.
The CO2 produced with the chemical reaction of vinegar and baking soda (sodium bicarbonate) is not dangerous you can check all uses in the tips and tricks above.

Step 1: To Make CO2
Pour a little vinegar into the bottom of the soda bottle.
Put the balloon on the funnel and fill of baking soda.
Put the balloon on the neck of the bottle and lower the bicarbonate in the bottle.
By mixing vinegar and bicarbonate this will produce a large amount of CO2.
The reaction of baking soda (sodium bicarbonate) with vinegar , is completely harmless.
It is only CO2 completely harmless.

When dissolved in water, sodium bicarbonate separates into sodium (Na +) and bicarbonate ions (HCO3-):
NaHCO3 → Na + (aq) + HCO3- (aq)
The reaction of sodium bicarbonate and vinegar is in fact the result of two reactions: a base acid reaction followed by a decomposition reaction. When the two ingredients are mixed, the hydrogen (H +) ions of the vinegar react with the sodium bicarbonate bicarbonate ions for the old chemical called carbonic acid (H2CO3).
H + + HCO3 → H2CO3
The carbonic acid thus formed decomposes immediately into a gas, carbon dioxide (CO2), and water (H2O).
H2CO3 -> H2O + CO2
Carbon dioxide is responsible for the formation of bubbles and foam when bicarbonate of soda and vinegar are mixed. The whole reaction is frequently written as follows:
(Aq) + CH3COOH (aq) → CO2 (g) + H2O (1) + CH3COONa (aq)
Step 2: Make the Pump
Now drill the bottle cap about 12mm.
And pass a valve inside, which will make the cap watertight.
Now use a zip plastic bag for example, make two notches on each side of the bag.
We will place a bike pump inside.
The air from the pump is sucked in here (See on photo or video).
We will duct tape the bag on both sides, enclosing the pump inside the bag to seal the suction area.
Use a flexible pvc hose, that you connect to the bag with duct tape, the CO2 will pass through this hose.
Check that there are no leaks.
Step 3: Mettre Le CO2 Dans La Bouteille
In another bottleadd cream and icing sugar, strongly close the bottle with the stopper and its valve.
Take the balloon with CO2, use a rubber band to close the balloon temporarily.
Pass the other end of the pipe into the end of the balloon and tape it.
The elastic can now be removed.
The zip bag inflates with the CO2 of the balloon
All that remains is pumping.
Good ok it needs a little pumped (The whipped cream is fat, so you lose some calories from pumping).
Step 4: Have Your Whipped Cream
We will check pressure in the bottle 4.8 Bar (69,6181 Psi) is a bit too much but it does not matter.
It work with 3 Bar (43,5113 Psi) It will be less dangerous.
Shake your bottle. And with a paper clip for example bring out your cream whipped cream.
The CO2 put under pressure in the bottle creates a pressure several times that of the atmosphere.
When the valve is pressed, the preparation is propelled abruptly to the outside of the bottle.
The gas, released from the constraints of the bottle, relaxes and inflates the preparation, creating a foam filled with thousands of tiny bubbles.
It's your whipped cream
