i can't wait to make one for my kitty "Boudoir"! I inherited her recently when my grandmother passed away and I think a cozy place for her to relax away from my dogs may be just what she needs. She misses my grandmother a lot, and she is 16!!! So naturally as a senior kitty she likes her privacy and needs extra comfort! Perhaps i will put some catnip in the cushion before i sew it up to encourage her to hop inside! Thank you so much for this instructable!

Awesome paintings. I made one years ago but never painted it so lavishly. Love the idea. Decoupage is good to if you don't have an artistic flair of the hand.

So, how does the cat get into the monitor.  have you removed the screen?  I missed that, if so.  sorry.  Kitty

Hey KittyF,
   Yeah the screen comes out (with the tube)...   one of the other instuctables (for making your monitor in to a hamster cage, had some info on how  you could break the tube so you would still have the front screen... cool concept.  But in this case it all comes out so you only have a shell... great for kitties.
