Romaine Lettuce (someone once told me regular lettuce has no nutrients whatsoever. I don't know if that's true, but Romaine taste better anyway)
Chopped Peppers, Onion, Carrots, Celery, and Raw Broccoli
Thinly Sliced Radishes, and Cucumbers
I then grill a small (about the size of my fist) piece of chicken flavored with Garlic and Pepper and rip it to small pieces.
Then you can toss the salad either by hand or with a salad spinner.
Add you favorite light dressing or vinaigrette and enjoy!
**Vegetables should be cleaned before chopped, however you should only clean what you will be using. Vegetables to be stored in the refrigerator should be dry and dirty.**
