Step 2 Prepare the cloth

First cut the organza to make two pieces of cloth that are bigger than the styrofoam ring.

Put the styrofoam ring on top of them and draw the inner circle with some pen. Sew the two pieces together along the line that you just made.
Tie the shoelace around the ring.
