Step 5Expanding Foam!
This stuff is truly great. I guess that's why they call it "GREAT STUFF"
Spray it in to fill in all those little holes and gaps.
Use a little more in places you want it to build up.
Leave it to expand and dry overnight.

Perfectly safe. Mine has been under at heat lamp, at 110*F for 1.5 years and has been fine. The great stuff is completely encased in the grout and sealant.
