Step 4 Add the nuts

Slip on three nuts onto each end of the flower stick. Add a large blob of glue at the end, making sure the nuts are snug between the two glue stops. You can also dribble glue down the centre of the nuts to doubly secure them.

Check the balance of the flower stick; its centre of gravity should be right at the midpoint of the stick. If not, glue on washers on the lighter end until the stick is balanced.
