The idea is simple, Focus the light from your iPod onto a nearby screen by means of lenses and mirrors.

Would it work having two magnify glasses and adjusting them to focus, intead of lenses?

it might work, i dont know. im gonna try it that way since projector lenses are way too expensive

How do i make projected image brighter?

 I have a problem: when i made it, good lens en stuff i can only get a very small screen that is clear, smaller than my ipod's  screen anybody, help ?

I tried to use a lens from a magnifying glass. It went blurry. Tried to fix it by putting the ipod screen and lenses in different angles but it kept getting blurry.

Magnifyers does not work very well.

Use glass lenses. Plastic ones can work also..
