you would need: another person on that voip service, and leave the app running and leave the ds open. you should get the call.

I don't think so, because the DS isn't really assigned a phone number, so it's impossible for it to be reached.

A) Have you tried turning it off and on again? B) Did you follow each step to the letter? C) Are you using a DSi? D) Try connecting to the Internet using another homebrew application, such as DSOrganize with the Internet Browser, to see if it works.

you cant use dsi because it has regular updates like the wii but these automatically happen so you cant use home brew for the dsi
