I tried this with my DS Lite, and everything worked except there was no audio for either my DS or the phone I was calling. Any help would be appreciated.

you would need: another person on that voip service, and leave the app running and leave the ds open. you should get the call.

I don't think so, because the DS isn't really assigned a phone number, so it's impossible for it to be reached.

A) Have you tried turning it off and on again? B) Did you follow each step to the letter? C) Are you using a DSi? D) Try connecting to the Internet using another homebrew application, such as DSOrganize with the Internet Browser, to see if it works.
