This is pretty straight forward. Just bolt the conduit strap to the L angle. You may also want to saw off the tip of the bolt that sticks out. I sawed the bolt tip off with my hacksaw but it wasn't nearly as easy as sawing the conduit.

I hung up my curtain rods and they look great. The only change I made was screwing the bolt on in the other direction (so the tip faced the floor). Then I screwed a small wooden bead (ball) over the end of the bolt up to the nut. The wooden craft beads twisted easily onto my self drilling screws. It added a kind of nice decorative element that completely covered up the end of the bolt. Thanks for the great ideal. As promised it was an easy, inexpensive and most satisfying project.
