Step 10Attach Airlock
Depending on your variety of airlock, attach it.
1. Balloon- Attach to the neck and secure it with rubber bands.
2. Commercially Airlock -stick it into the rubber stopper and stick that into the neck of the container. Fill the big piece up to the line with vodka or any other type of alcohol and put the smaller piece on top. Put top on the whole assembly.
3. Attach PVC through rubber stopper. Attach hose to end of PVC.
If you are using tubing airlock, you will need to submerge the hose into a jar or glass once you've placed the container it the proper location.

Mine hasn't begun foaming yet, Granted it's only been two days but how long should it take? Should I add more yeast or nutrient?

Sorry for the delay! Foam, especially with wine, does not necessarily appear. The only real way to tell if you have fermentation is via gravity checking. For the purposes of this instructable, you are pretty much guaranteed to have fermentation. Another way that is unreliable but generally effective is to see if you have bubble in your airlock. It won't tell you when fermentation has stopped(liquids can offgas long after fermentation has died down) but it will tell if it HAS started.
