Pen
Paint Brush
Paper as thin as you can get but copy paper works great
Scissors
Cellotape
3V Button Cell Battery
Amber or Red LEDs

When I recreated the EMSL one it was hard to fold the aluminum traces without it ripping, but it looks like your circuit would work better with the paper folds.
