Introduction: Making Perfect Pizza - Part 1 the Dough
A great recipe guide to making a truly great pizza dough. The one change I do sometimes make is take 100ml of the tepid water, add the yeast and sugar separately, 10mins before mixing to create a "starter" for the yeast to do its work!
