For this step you'll need the abraisive polish, polishing wheel, Dremel tool, semi-finished rods, drill, and an old rag.

Put one rod into the drill and spin it. While it is spinning, rub the abrasive polish onto it, creating an even layer of polish. Now polish it off on low speed with the polishing wheel(see fig.1). Repeat this two or three times. Now loosen the rod from the drill, and flip it and repeat on the other side.
Do this to every rod.

If you want, you can use the other polish too, but I didn't.

Note: Test the fit inside the tubes, if it is too tight,sand it down more.
