Wel, not really. If you can find someone that actually cares, then okay, but otherwise...

Anyway, I might note that these are end burning, requiring a faster propellant.Of course you could drill the cores, but that is asking to get hurt/burned.You do have to drill the nozzles, but if you don't go too far, it is safe.Relitively. Also, You might be able to make whistle rockets with this, but I don't know much about them, so...
Another thing to note is that the rammer tips will "mushroom" (slightly) when hit too hard with a steel hammer, so try to use softer blows, and/or a rubber mallet.I think that for the end price,(even without a mandrel and base) it is a good deal.
