Manga can be hard and complicated if you play it by ear, but becomes much easier if you follow these ten simple steps.
These steps can be paired with any hairstyle or coloring.

Step 1: Draw a Circle

You may want to use a cup to outline

Step 2: Mark the Lines Where the Features Go

You must draw four horizontal lines in the circle. the first Line halfway through, the second halfway down from that, place the third I between the two lines, and the fourth line should be placed halfway down from the second line.
(If you make a mistake like me, just draw the right line over it, and ignore it)
