1 ripe mango
4 pieces of lychee from a can
1/3 cup of the syrup from the lynchee can
1 cup simple sugar (you will need sugar and water)
2 cups Ice
Step 1: Making the Simple Syrup
Place into a microwavable cup and microwave for 3 minutes.
Remove from microwave and stir again.
The syrup will have a slightly thicker consistency than water.
Let the syrup cool before using in the next step.
Step 2: Putting It All Together
Blend it together with the simple syrup.
Add in the 2 cups of ice and blend until smooth.
Pour into a martini glass and garnish with a mint leaf and blackberry.
The aroma of the lychee in this mango delight is simply delicious!
