Introduction: Mango Coconut Smoothie


My ABSOLUTE favorite smoothie EVER! It's tropical but not that ridiculously sweet stereotype of tropical flavors. Natural, cool, and refreshing it is a gentle vegan reminder of a mango lassi...

Ingredients
- 1 cup fresh or frozen mango
- 3 tablespoons of canned coconut milk
- 1/4 to 1/2 frozen banana slices
- 2 ice cubes

Materials
- blender or immersion blender
- chilled glass

Directions
Blend all ingredients together, pour into a chilled glass (if not using an immersion blender), and then consume.
