Introduction: Mango Raita (Curd) Recipe
Enjoy the most refreshing raita/curd to be made in summers - Mangoes and yogurt wiped together.
Step 1: Recipe
Curd – ½ kg
Mango cut pcs- 1 cup
Mango puree- 1 cup
Castor sugar – 2 tsp
Rock Salt – 1/2 tsp
Salt – 1 tsp
Black pepper powder – ½ tsp
Tutty Fruity / cherries/ Pomegranate seeds – For garnishing
1. In curd add all ingredients and stir well.
2. For garnishing, add coloured cherries.
3. Serve cold.
