You can change up the amounts of each ingredient, bringing out a different flavor profile. This recipe allows the watermelon to truly stand out while the mint tea and mango subtly play in the background. If apple cider vinegar doesn't suit you, try lemon or lime juice to cut through the sweetness.
-2 1/2 cups Frozen Watermelon, chopped
-1 cup Iced Mint Tea (You can use more if you want a stronger mint flavor)
-1 cup Frozen Mango
-1 tsp Apple Cider Vinegar
Combine all ingredients in a high speed blender and pulse until combined. If too thick, add more liquid to thin the consistency. Garnish with a wedge of watermelon and a sprig of mint.
