Sugar in the raw
In a pint glass, muddle 2 Tablespoons diced fresh mango, 1 teaspoon of sugar in the raw with 1 diced baby bell pepper. Squeeze the juice of half a lime and muddle some more. Fill glass with ice. Add 1.25 ounces of your favorite vodka. Shake your cocktail with a bar shaking tin. Strain your cocktail over fresh ice in a old fashioned rocks glass. Top the cocktail off with ginger beer. Garnish the cocktail with fresh mango and lime.
