Mix of Fresh Tomatoes - blanched in boiling water (Roma, Beefsteak, On the Vine etc.) - 1 Cup Water - 5-6 garlic cloves - 1 Can tomato paste - 1 Can diced tomatoes - 1 Large Can Tomato Sauce - Drop of Red Wine - Salt & Pepper - Parsley - Oregano - Basil - Granulated Garlic - 1 Cup Parmesan Cheese - Olive Oil

Shell / Sleeve Noodles:

6 Eggs Beaten - 2 Cups Flour - 1 Cup Water

Filling:

1 Container Ricotta Cheese (Part Skim) - 1 Egg beaten (to help bind filling) - Parsley - Oregano - Basil - Parmesan Cheese - Granulated Garlic -

Additional Ingredients:

1 Cup of Shaved Mozzarella Cheese
