Introduction: Maple Bacon Deviled Eggs

This is the recipe for the Maple Bacon Deviled Eggs! These puppies are seriously a perfect breakfast bite... enjoy them and share them with your friends!

Step 1: Ingredients

6 Each Hardboiled Eggs, sliced in half, on angle with yolk removed

1/4 cup Mayonnaise

2 TBSP Bacon Fat

1/4 TBSP Lemon Juice

1/8 tsp Apple Cider Vinegar

1/8 teaspoon Liquid Smoke flavoring

1/8 tablespoon Dijon mustard

1/8 teaspoon Salt

1/4 teaspoon Brown Sugar

1/4 tablespoon Maple Syrup

Crispy Potatoes (garnish)

Crispy Toast (garnish)

Julienne Cooked Bacon (Garnish)

Step 2: Directions

1. Microwave maple and brown sugar for 30 seconds. While heating, whip remaining ingredients in a food processor until smooth and light. Drizzle in brown sugar-maple.

2. Place mixture into piping bag. Pipe into eggs, top with cooked julienne bacon, potato frites, toast and additional maple syrup. Enjoy!!!!!
