Introduction: Mariah Milano's Authentic Bolognese Sauce W Gluten Free Spiral Pasta

I have had so many requests for a pasta with meat sauce and since I am lucky enough to have a grandma who gave me an incredible recipe and to have been to Bologna and had what is considered to be the best Bolognese sauce at I Carracci Ristorante which ranks in the top 5 meals of my life, I decided to share it with you!

Plus I used gluten free pasta which I swear you can NOT tell the difference!

Simple Simple Simple!

What You'll Need:

2 lb ground chuck (or turkey, veal, lamb, beef etc)

1 carrot chopped

4 cloves garlic chopped

1 onion chopped

fresh basil

1 can crushed tomatoes

anchovy paste (or 3 anchovy filets)

2 glasses red table wine (I used cabernet)

Gluten Free Pasta

salt pepper

cayenne pepper (if you want a kick!)

Awesome and soooooo easy!

I'm sorry, but this is nowhere near Bolognese sauce

this is my grandma's recipe. she was born in Sicily and lived there until she was 40. You can argue with her.
