Step 1: Ingredients
1 Can Clams
1/2 Cup Butter
1/3 Bottle of White Wine
2 Lemons
2 Garlic Cloves
1/4 Cup Fresh Parsley, Chopped
Salt & Pepper
Angel Hair Pasta
Step 3: Get Saucy
Add:
1 Can Clams and it's juice
1/3 bottle white wine
Juice of one lemon
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/4 cup fresh parsley
Salt and Pepper to taste
Let that simmer while you cook the mussels.
Step 5: Time to Plate
Top with steamed mussels.
Laddle clam sauce over mussels and pasta.
Garnish with fresh parsley and a lemon slice.
Eat and Enjoy! Be sure to have some sliced bread available for dipping, this sauce is divine.
