In this Instructable, I made a plastic Mario.

This is a videoInstructable.

What will you need?

 • InstaMorph moldable plastic
 • Some kind of pigment/colour

I was going to get InstaMorph pigment pack, but it was out of stock, so I ended up getting alternative.

Procedure was pretty simple.

I pre-coloured InstaMorph, so I would have it ready for when I need it.

Then, I put it all together, melting the colours I need at the time.

I also used blowtorch for faster body part joining.

Result is a plastic Mario figure.

He's kinda creepy looking, but that's what I would go for if I tried this. I am trying to teach myself techniques for vinyl toy customizing. And faces are so hard for me. But I am realizing that the artistry of the toys I collect and admire. Is not perfect, and when I spend time and over think a face by sketch so I will get it just right.. It's never what I expected. Anyways like the idea and I'm going to find your chanel.?

Yes, he is creepy looking.

But it's Mario. Maybe he just had too many mushrooms :)

This stuff looks awesome. I've got to try it. Is it very expensive?

Cheers

No it's not expensive.

$9.99 for 6oz bag

Because it's resusable, it's a very good value.

Hi, what type of pigment did you use?

No brand pigment from ebay.
