A combination of soft marshmallow, creamy brownie and smooth milk chocolate, these delicious bites are perfect for satisfying your sweet tooth. Small in size, they are ideal for an on the go snack or as finger food for any type of party.

Step 1: Ingredients

Brownie

125g butter

125g chocolate chips

1 cup brown sugar

2 eggs, beaten

1 cup plain flour

Topping

1 packet marshmallows

250g chocolate

Step 2: Melt the Chocolate Chips and Butter

Set oven to 180 °C.

Place butter and chocolate chip into a medium saucepan. Melt over a low heat.

Step 3: Add Brown Sugar

Add brown sugar and stir until dissolved. Keep the pan on the heat.

Step 4: Add the Egg and Flour

Remove from heat. Mix in eggs and flour. Stir until smooth.

Step 5: Cook the Brownie

Brush or spray pan with oil or butter. Pour mixture into cake pan. Cook 30 minutes or until skewer comes out clean. Cool in pan.

Step 6: Ingredients for Topping

Collect marshmallows and chocolate.

Step 7: Melt the Chocolate

Remove brownie from pan. Slice into even sized pieces, just bigger than the marshmallows.

I chose to use a scone cutter to make my round.

Step 8: Add Marshmallows

Cut marshmallows in half. Place one half on top of each brownie.

Step 9: Melt the Chocolate

Melt chocolate in a double saucepan on low heat or in the microwave.

Step 10: Cover With Chocolate

Pour 1 tablespoon of chocolate over each brownie. Refrigerate until chocolate sets.

Step 11: Serve
