First, get the black powder, dextrin, scale, fuse, and scissors. Cut a section of fuse that has the delay that you need. Select one end of the fuse and cut it at an angle to expose more black powder. Now, gat the black powder and dextrin, mix together 2 grams dextrin to 10 grams black powder.Moisten the mix with water(25% alcohol added) until it is like Elmer's glue. Dip the angle - cut end of the fuse into this and let dry.The black powder is the priming for the fuse.
