I remember in Puerto Rico dealing with these venomous cienpiés or Scolopendras. We would cut them to kill them with knives or machetes when they came somehow inside our homes. When I was a child until my early adulthood it was very common to find them in sugar cane fields. I was never bitten by one of those but I know people that spend some time in the hospital because of them.
Good electronic project!
