The idea of the meat loaf came from my high demands of protein. That is why I added tofu and egg into the meat. The soft tofu certainly adds to the silky texture of the dish, but does not ruin the hearty flavor of the meat. The herbs and spices helps to perfume the whole dish to make it smell and taste amazing.

personal choice really, I don't like ketchup on anything other than fries :O
