i got all my ingredients from trader joe's:

1 tub cookie butter ice cream (you'll only use about 2/3 of it in the pie)
1 box of speculoos cookies
1 jar of fleur-de-sel caramel sauce
1 stick of butter
3 tbs of sugar (I left this out)

mix-ins (chopped or crumbled):
dark chocolate pistachio toffee
pistachio cookies
more speculoos cookies
whatever you want!

optional: wine, for the waiting time.

Step 1: How to Make Pie Porn

put the ice cream in a mixing bowl & let it sit out for about 15-20 so it melts down a little... it should be easy to spread around.

add your mix-ins when ice cream is soft.

keep a couple speculoos cookies to use for crumble on top.

Step 2: Crust

blend speculoos in the blender with the butter & sugar. your butter should be cold.

press into a pie pan, then put it in the freezer to set. once really cold, spread the ice cream. to make it really sexy, you can spread some of the salted caramel sauce here before adding the ice cream.

cover tightly with saran wrap and freeze until ice cream is set again.
