After successfully used for more than 1 year the folding laptop stand that I did, it was time to make some improvements, because with the intensive use some things were broken. First, a plastic buckle straps I used, was broken, which forced me to replace it in emergency with a simple knot. Also, for not sliding the strips despite these buckles, I had to clasp them together with paper clasps, so making it a bit more difficult to adjust the height of the notebook.

I bought velcro, a very useful input that should always be at home, even a few centimeters. I figured that 50 cm would be enough, but it is relatively cheap, so I bought 2 meters to keep the rest.

I took the measure of the velcro I would need, about 25 cm for each side of the bracket, and cut the four strips (two hooks strips and two loops) before cutting with scissors the former stripes. These had been set by me to the wire, months ago, with epoxy adhesive to prevent shifting toward the center of the notebook while in use. I left the "stumps" to serve as more effective anchors than simple wire.

Nice idea, I don't like the idea of the epoxy putty in the computer, apart from that congratulations.
(Buena idea.

This is all very clever! I guess you always use your laptop on the stand?
