the ingredients: 4 apples 1 tablespoon sugar 1 teaspoon cinnamon ½ l cream 250 grams meringue rosewater 1 bunch of mint
Peel the apples , cut them into small pieces and bake them softly for 5 minutes with the sugar and cinnamon.
Whip the cream and mix this with the crumbles meringues and a few drops of rosewater.
Divide the apples over 4 glasses. Put the meringue cream on top. Garnish with mint.
