This is my entry for the Stuff On A Stick contest. And yes I know that this doesnt involve food on a stick but it involves 2 things that can shoot sticks into food!!!
I saw something like this on instructables and thats what gave me the idea. If you made the toilet paper roll balloon sling-shot comment saying "I MADE THAT" so i can give you credit.

Step 1: Materiels

Things you need:
2 deflated water balloons ends removed
length 3/4in pvc pipe
bic pen tube
a really small rubberband
scissors
and a skewer or other ammo

Step 2: Making the Micro

Just follow the image notes

PS The micro shooter will shoot more than just a skewer! It will shoot anything that fits in the barrel

Step 3: Making the Super Micro

follow the notes again

Step 4: Strength Test

I am going to test the strength with 2 tests for each shooter
TEST 1: Will the shooters shoot a stick into a grapefruit?
TEST 2: Will the shooters shoot a stick into a soda can?

RESULTS:
TEST 1: Both shooters easily shot skewers into a grapefruit
TEST 2: Neither could shoot into a can... maybe with different ammo?
