This is a great treat at breakfast that is easy, simple and fast to make, but is also delicous.

 1. Glass
 2. Milk
 3. Milo® Powder
 4. Tablespoon
 5. Teaspoon

Step 1: Milk and Powder

Take your glass and fill it about 3/4 (three quarters) full.

Then take your tablespoon and put in 2-3 spoons of Milo® Powder.

Step 2: Stir It!

Take your teaspoon and stir it until the milk turns brown but there is some clumpy Milo® Powder at the top.

It is now ready to drink.

I threw this in the blender with a scoop of ice cream when we were trying to up my husband's calorie intake. It was a wonderful way to jump start the day.

That sounds like a good idea! Im going to try that too! :)

Milo was really popular where I used to live but I rarely see it here. I wonder why it's a regional thing?
