Introduction: Mince Stuffed Pointed Paprika With Meatballs and Cream Sauce Recipe
1000g minced meat
250g spring onions
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
1 spoon paprika
Step 1: Prparation
Scatter salt, pepper & paprika to the meat. Cut the spring onions in small pieces and give the half of them to the meat and mix everything. Remove the stalks and the seed from the paprika. Fill them with meat and place them on an oven plate. Form meatballs out of the rest from the meat. Place the meatballs in an oven bowl. Put the plate and the bowl in the oven at 180 degrees celsius circulating air.
Step 2: The Sauce
After 20 minutes place the tomatoes in the bowl. Pour the cream over it. Scatter a bit salt & pepper to it and place the rest from the spring onions on top. Put it back in the oven.
Step 3: Finish
After about 45 minutes in the oven it is ready the serv and enjoy. Look at my other work.
