Can you suggest something besides coat hangers? I only have the plastic kind.

Very nice . I just did something in my science class like this 2 weeks ago. we were seeing if plants would grow best in how many layers of surrand wrap wrapped againstb a countertop greenhouse. I got an A+!

Would it help to use a tupperware container with a lid then cut out most of the lid leaving only the edge for the coathangers to attach to. That way you wouldn't have to dissasemble the whole thing when you want to take the plants out or get in for maintenance. I'm liking the idea tho, would be cool to make lots of these with the hanger part at the top and then fill unused ceiling space near skylights. Kinda a hanging garden style.
