- 1 egg
- 1 piece of ham
- vegetable of your choice
- shredded cheese (optional)
- muffin tin
- cooking spray
First, spray your muffin tin with cooking spray.
Then, line each muffin cup with a piece of ham. (You can fill as many cups as you would like to make.)
Next, pour the egg, vegetables, and anything else you would like to add into the tin. (Top with cheese if desired.)
Bake the quiche(s) in the oven on 350 degrees for approxiamtely 15 minutes. (Check by inserting a knife in the center and making sure it comes out clean.)
Now remove your quiche from the tin, let it cool a little and enjoy! Or you can refrigerate your quiche, pull it out and pop it in the microwave when your in need of an instant, nutritious breakfast!
