Step 6Drizzle with dressing
Mix the Good Seasons salad dressing using the recipe measurements on the package. I used zesty flavor here, but the regular has a milder flavor that subtly highlights the flavors of each ingredient.
Substitute the wine vinegar called for on the package with pear infused vinegar, this is what brings out the cool and refreshing flavor of the watermelon. You can also lighten the dressing a bit by adding water and not so much oil.
Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste. Serve.
My sister made these for our yearly Christmas gathering. They are beautiful, light, and delicious little bites.
