- 1 1/2 cups of all purpose flour (plus a little extra to cover your work area and to "rescue" wet dough)
- 1 cup of whole wheat flour
- 2 tablespoons of yeast
- 1 cup of warm water (this is essential for the yeast to activate)
- 2 teaspoons of sugar (another big part in activating the yeast)
- 1/2 tablespoon of salt
- 1/4 cup of olive oil
- Corn meal (this is to sprinkle onto your pan)
- Pizza sauce (this is to your taste)
- Cheese (see above)
- And any toppings you would like (I used traditional pepperoni)
