Step 8: Sunshiine's Final Thoughts

I just love my new custom craft container! It is very useful! I need to ask my friends to save me their plastic bottles! I rarely purchase them. I need quite a few for my craft collection. These were fast and easy to make. The pill bottle is awesome as well!

Thank you for stopping by and please drop by again! Until then . . . . Have a splendorous day!
very cute and wonderful idea!!!!
great for lots of things but it doesn't really belong in the hack challenge more of the pocket sized challenge no offence
No offence taken. I entered because I understood hack is like using something that is different than what it was designed for. What is your def? I guess the moderator thought it was OK. But I would like to know what your def is. Thanks for commenting. Have a great Night!
Sunshiine
when i think of the word hack i usually think something related to electronic
Thanks for letting me know, I will remember that! Have a great day!
Sunshiine
I'm digging into my bottles as soon as I get home--this is so cool.
I wished I had more! I shop all the outside aisles at the store and usually don't have very many. I was dehydrated a while back and the doctor told me to buy Gatorade. I have been thinking of different ways to use the bottles and this was one of them. Thanks for commenting and please do have a splendorous day!
Sunshiine
That's actually pretty useful.
Thank you for commenting. I priced pill boxes several years ago and was surprised at how much they were. Of course I probably liked the most expensive one there. These are easy to make. Have a beautiful day.
Sunshiine
I like these.
My wife made something similar to the little pill bottle to hold her medicine. she used 3 little screw top makeup containers which she superglued together to make a stacked container. then she blinged up with colorful contact paper and then used ribbon on the edges. I think she got the idea from a Martha Stewert magazine. she takes medicine thruout the day at different times, so the staked jay helps her organize it.
I like your design. sports drinks have the wide mouth which works perfectly for this.
Thanks for the nice comment! I would love to see her design! I will have to go and see what Martha has on that. I like to see other versions of things. Maybe she will have something on the website. I am sure her way is a much prettier design. I made a pin cushion a while back using a similar design. It has a pin cushion on top and stores pins and buttons on the bottom. It also has a magnet to pick up dropped pins. I thought it was a cute design. Anyway thanks again and have a super day!
Sunshiine
Cool, and if you're careful cutting the bottle top off you can still recycle the rest and make a dime.
Thanks for commenting! Have a super day!
Sunshiine
Thanks for commenting scooch. Have a nice day!
